Mijn quilt ligt even opzij, ik ben hard aan de slag met diverse technieken in borduren. Een ouderwets patroon met kruissteken, diverse soorten steken en hardanger. Daarnaast blijf ik natuurlijk onverminderd doorwerken aan mijn tig-jaren project: Balcony van Esscher. Ben ook nog bezig met een werkje op zijde met zijdedraad (workshop bij Jessica Grimm), maar dat vind ik niet makkelijk. Zeker niet vanwege de aanhoudende kou, mijn handen gaan dan altijd kapot en de zijde gaat daardoor helemaal pluizen. Die laat ik dan ook pas zien als t-ie klaar is.
Oh wat super grappig dat we met het zelfde borduurwerk bezig zijn, ik ben sinds een tijdje ook gestart met Balcony. Ben alleen rechts onderin begonnen :)
